SomaticSoul® offers practices to train body and mind to listen deeply to the present moment. Conscious movement can lead us to greater knowledge of oneself, our body, perceptions and emotions.

This is an invitation to feel beauty, to remember that life is through the body, that life has soul. The body and the soul are deeply connected, one immersed in the other and caring for the body, we care for the soul.

You listen and dance yourself. You give space and time to life and to the breath. You give form and expression to the inner world. You experience the poetic through your body, through the aliveness of the body in movement.

Dance Movement
Creative space to invite exploration, playfulness, tranformation and expression through the moving body. Exploring our senses and dance the different textures of our being. We move and dance to expand the range of our physical and emotional expression.
With each dance you can encounter yourself anew. In this process you renew yourself.
Somatic Yoga
Developing flexibility, strength, alignment and flow in our movements. Supporting movement integration, articulation of the joints, mobility of the spine, organic and natural movement. Slowing down thinking to appreciate, savour and enjoy life. It is not about achieving certain body postures, but creating conditions for well-being and joy.
Authentic Movement
AM is a practice of deep listening to what the body knows and holds within. A mover closes her eyes and in silence listens to impulses that arise from sensations, emotions, intuition, imagination. They are being moved by that material spontaneously, without agenda or plan. AM can help you to cultivate the garden of your full being.
Inalu Ruth Antoli
As a Somatic Movement Teacher, I support people to use their body in a connected, coordinated and efficient way, developing an ´ecology of movement´. I place special attention to cultivating awareness and to use the body as an anchor into the present moment, into the now, to connect with our creativity, joy and aliveness. I use yoga to develop flexibility, strength and release tensions, to reconnect with the ground, gravity and the breath. I use Dance Movement to allow the expression of feelings, dreams, stories and the unknown that are contained in our body, and to invite the poetic through movement in our life.

SomaticSoul is a creative space where we are invited to reconnect with our physicality, our flesh and bones, with the pulse of life and our creativity through the moving body. A space to develop deep listening and to welcome the messages of the body. It is a space to embrace the heart, the soul, the mystery and to remember our free and wild nature.
